A 4-Week Leadership & Readiness Experience for Young Men Foundations: Intro Sprint is a 4-week leadership and readiness experience for young men. Designed to build discipline, ownership, confidence, and follow-through, Foundations challenges participants to examine how they operate, develop practical systems, and apply leadership in real-world situations. Through interactive lessons, team challenges, accountability exercises, and a live Field Lab, participants will learn how to: • Take ownership of their actions and decisions• Build structure and consistency• Communicate with confidence• Make better decisions under pressure• Follow through on commitments Foundations serves as the introduction to The Standard Institute and may lead to participation in The Standard Fellowship.
