Storytime can help children develop crucial literacy skills such as alphabet awareness, expressive vocabulary, and emotional intelligence--and they're just FUN! Join Catherine for a southwestern spin on the classic "swallowed a fly rhyme" and the adventures of a jumping cactus before enjoying guided card-making, perfect for observances and thank-yous. About our reader: Born and raised in Arizona, Catherine has lived in Elk Grove for almost 4 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in music, and enjoyed a career in marketing before deciding to hit pause and stay at home with her 2 sons. In August, she started her secondhand business “Thrift Theory” and is currently on the board of ASATTCI and the coordinator of Science Cafe.
