No experience needed — just bring your creativity! 💬 Social Emotional Learning — We'll weave in conversation around emotional wellness, self-awareness, and what it means to truly take care of yourself — inside and out. 🌸 Brief Introduction to the Menstrual Cycle in a girls-only environment — With a safe, warm, and age-appropriate approach, we'll briefly touch on the menstrual cycle — not in a clinical or overwhelming way, but in a calm, normalizing kind of way. Just like we use relaxing activities, like crafting, to support our nervous systems today, we also care for ourselves, physically, mentally and emotionally, during our menstrual cycle. It's all part of the same beautiful, natural practice of self-care! Our goal is to open the door to the topic, calm any anxiety around it, and help girls feel informed.
