Come join us for a fun and relaxed in-person play date designed especially for Autistic and special needs kids in Austin! It's a great chance for kiddos to play, make friends, and just be themselves in a welcoming environment. **Play with Yo-Yo 💛 | Austin Monthly Meetup** Play with Yo-Yo is a monthly meetup for children with Autism / special needs and their families here in Austin. Our goal is simple: create a welcoming, low-pressure space where kids can connect, play in their own way, and build friendships within the community. Every child plays differently—and every child is welcome. Each month, we’ll meet at a thoughtfully chosen park or play space in Austin that offers a fun and enriching environment for the kids to explore together. Whether your child enjoys active play, parallel play, or just being around other kids, this is a place to feel included and supported. **Meet Yo-Yo 💛** Yo-Yo is an 8-year-old with autism. He is limited verbally but very social and loves being around other children. He enjoys parallel play, bubbles, and meeting new friends. This group was created to help kids like Yo-Yo—and their families—find connection, community, and joy in shared play.
