All of these facilities are put in place with the goal of providing resources to build and sculpt healthy bodies and lifestyles. Class options include: - Pilates - Boot Camp - TRX & Spin - Piloxing - Perfect Alignment (Yoga Alternative) - Young at Heart (Seniors Class) Whatever level of fitness you may find yourself in, our team is ready to help you get stronger, get healthier, and help you reach your fitness goals! Join us on Mondays from 5:30–6:45p in the weight room for Coach Connection - a great opportunity to meet with a trainer, tour the equipment, discuss your fitness goals, and learn more about being a member at the Fitness and Recreation Center. Host your next birthday party or special event with us! The Fitness and Recreation Center offers an exciting and family-friendly environment to make your celebration unforgettable! Whether your group wants to bowl, play, or just needs a party room to celebrate, we’ve got you covered. Yes! Childcare is included with all memberships and is located in the Preschool Wing.
