Washington Manor Park, located on Zelma Street near Manor Boulevard, is a beloved 15-acre neighborhood park offering a wide range of amenities for all ages. Residents can enjoy multiple playgrounds, an amphitheater, two baseball/softball fields, tennis and pickleball courts, shaded picnic areas, a basketball court, expansive grassy space that can be reserved for soccer/football, and perfect for recreation activities or relaxation. The park also houses two (2) of Recreation and Parks cherished facilities—the San Leandro Family Aquatic Center, and the Kiddie Kollege building. Field #1 (Baseball/Softball): Unlocked venue designed for youth and adult games or practices; lights available. Field #2 (Baseball/Softball): Unlocked venue for youth games or practices. Field 1 & 2 together (Soccer/Football): An unlocked venue, for youth practices. Lights are available via Field 1 only. With its wide variety of amenities and community-focused spaces, Washington Manor Park continues to be a centerpiece for recreation and family fun in San Leandro.
