This week is all about confidence, creativity, and self-expression through fashion and movement. Campers learn runway techniques, posing, styling basics, and the art of presence—while discovering that true style starts from within.This is not about fitting a mold. This is about owning your walk.Week 2 at The Gathering Place introduces girls to the world of fashion and modeling through an empowering, age-appropriate lens. In our all-girls microschool environment, campers develop poise, posture, and presentation skills while exploring personal style and creative expression. What Girls Will Experience• Runway walking technique and stage presence• Posing for photography and confidence in front of the camera• Styling workshops and personal expression through fashion• Photoshoot days with professional-style setups• Hair, makeup, and grooming basics (age-appropriate, natural looks)• Fashion sketching and design exploration • Special 2-day workshop (Tues–Wed) to create their own elastic waistband skirt • Team challenges and collaborative styling projects. Each day blends practical skills with creative play. Girls practice their walks, experiment with different looks, and participate in real photoshoots where they learn to project confidence and personality through the lens.
