A gentle, empowering rite of passage for children ages 9–12 and their caregivers, building confidence, body trust, and cycle education Give your child a confident, empowered start to puberty and menstruation with a First Moon Circle, a sacred, inclusive, and joyful rite of passage experience for children ages 9–12 and their caregivers. This 3-hour gathering goes beyond basic school period education to offer body literacy, self-care tools, emotional safety, and celebration as children approach their first period.
