Art Strong is a Queens Arts Studio founded by NYC Art Teachers Ashley Cavadas and Hannah Lokken. Art Strong brings exploratory art making practices including drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture, and much more to children starting at 6 months old. The inspiration behind this studio stems from the founders’ never-ending passion for the arts, creativity, and getting messy. We’d love to hear from you! Our founders are highly educated and have years of experience in art education. Ashley and Hannah met at Teachers College, Columbia University where they both received their Masters in Art and Art Education. After graduation they both became Art Teachers in NYC schools where the dream of opening up their own Art Studio began.
