Join us at Block 59 for a KIDSTRONG POWER HOUR brought to you by Kid Strong Naperville. KidStrong is a science-based kids training program focused on helping kids build confidence, character, and physical skills through high-energy movement and coaching. Our mission is to help all kids win at life by empowering them to become stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally in a fun, supportive environment.At KidStrong, every class begins with our affirmation: “I am Strong, I am Brave, and I can do this”—a reminder to every child that they are capable of overcoming challenges and believing in themselves both inside and outside of class.Our upcoming event is designed for children ages 4–11 and will give families the chance to experience the energy, fun, and encouragement that make KidStrong unique. Kids will participate in exciting games, movement activities, and KidStrong-style challenges that promote confidence, teamwork, and resilience while having a blast.While this event is geared toward ages 4–11, KidStrong offers classes for children from walking age through 11 years old, with classes available every day of the week. Whether your child is brand new to KidStrong or already part of our community, we can’t wait to help them grow stronger and more confident!
