Families with children ages 18 months to 3 years who live in Sacramento County can apply at the Enrollment Center. Enrollment Center at 5601 47th Avenue, right next to the Serna Center. Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. You can pick up an application packet at the office and return it once it’s completed.
