High school and middle school students are invited to Clark College to explore healthcare careers through interactive healthcare activities! Local high school and middle students are invited to Clark College to discover our Healthcare Academic Pathways from 8:30am to 3:30pm on June 22nd through 24th. Each day, “campers” will learn about different healthcare degrees available at Clark College, through interactive hands-on healthcare activities with our friendly college professors and current students. Each group of campers will have a Clark College student ambassador guide; these ambassadors are successfully pursuing a degree and can advise campers on starting college at Clark along with resources and opportunities available to Clark students. Breakfast and lunch is included, and each camper will receive free Clark College gear, a $50 program application fee waiver, as well as fun giveaways from local healthcare companies! Monday- Clark College Main Campus in Gaiser Hall Tuesday- WSU-V Campus in the Clark College Building Wednesday- Clark College Main Campus in Gaiser Hall 8:30 am – 9:00 am daily: Welcome and Registration with catered breakfast 3:30 pm daily: Parent pick-up. Please park and come in to check-out students. Clark Catering will be providing breakfast and lunch for campers each day. Students will rotate through each of our Healthcare Programs at Clark College, where they will be led by faculty in hands on healthcare simulations. Campers will be participating in light cardio activities- please dress accordingly.
