She’s the center director at Downtown Palo Alto KinderCare. Nancy has worked in early childhood education for 11 years, beginning her career as a pre-K teacher and later teaching in preschool and infant classrooms. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human development with a concentration in early childhood development from Cal State East Bay. One of her favorite quotes is from the movie A League of Their Own: “If it wasn't hard, everyone would do it. It's the hard that makes it great.” Outside of work, Nancy enjoys baseball and soccer, frequent family trips to Disneyland, and visiting extended family in Southern California.
