Eight Mondays of mindful yoga for ages 7–10 at Hot Shot Coffee, Denver. While they bend and breathe, you sip and relax. June + July 2026 Join us for one class, all eight, or anywhere in between! A full-hour yoga class designed for elementary-age kids (ages 7–10) to explore movement, breath, and stillness in a supportive, welcoming space. Children will learn the foundations of yoga poses with both English and Sanskrit names, simple breathing techniques for navigating big feelings, and short mindfulness practices that help them feel grounded and calm. This class offers a balance of energy and rest, helping kids build confidence in their bodies, emotional awareness, and tools they can carry into everyday life. Parents are welcome to drop off or stay and relax in the coffee shop just on the other side of the space—Hot Shot Coffee offers a cozy and friendly environment with indoor and outdoor seating just steps away while your child is in class.
