Pre-visit questionnaires go out approximately 72 hours ahead of your appointment via text message or email. We ask that you fill them out as soon as possible. Please do not wait until you arrive at our office as this will slow down your check in and might delay your appointment time. If you need help completing the forms, please arrive 15 minutes earlier than your appointment time so we may assist you. We are a comprehensive pediatric care practice in Atlanta, GA, near Dunwoody. The goal of Children’s Wellness Center (CWC) is to recapture the relationship between family and physician that seems to be lost in today’s medical world. Our focus is on personalized, quality medical care for your children. We pride ourselves on the time we take to listen to our patients (and their parents) to make sure we provide the best care for your child. Children’s Wellness Center strongly believes that in order to provide the best possible medical care, a partnership must be forged between the physician and the family. We practice traditional medical care as outlined by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). Children’s Wellness Center follows the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommendation for vaccinating newborns with vitamin K and children. Please note that we are unable to schedule patients that are not vaccinated. On-time vaccination throughout childhood is essential because it helps provide immunity before children are exposed to potentially life-threatening diseases.
