Join us for a gentle, heart-centered hour where children (ages 5–12) are invited to slow down, breathe & connect with the present moment. Join us at Alchemy Wellness Center for a gentle, heart-centered hour where children (ages 5–12) are invited to slow down, breathe, and connect with the present moment. This experience blends playful awareness with calming practices in a safe and nurturing space. Time: 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM Investment: $10 per child Our intention is to create something your child will look forward to each month, deepening the practice over time. If your child has a yoga mat or beach towel, please bring it along—this is a plus! If not, we will have some available for use.Come as you are—this is a space of love, connection, and growth. Parents are expectedto remain on the premise (parents can hang out in our shop & wellness center!) Stick around for our Princess Tea Party that begins this same day at 1:00pm!
