Boost your skills and confidence at our fun, hands-on Youth Leadership Workshop! Join us for the It Could Be Me Academy Youth Leadership Workshop, a Christian-based leadership experience designed for youth ages 10–15. This workshop was created to help young people grow in confidence, communication, character, and leadership through practical life lessons rooted in Christian principles and values. In a generation where many youth struggle with confidence, communication, and decision-making, this workshop challenges students to step outside of their comfort zones, use their voice, and develop the mindset of a leader. Students will learn:• Leadership development and character building• Communication and confidence skills• Decision-making and responsibility• The importance of integrity, discipline, and accountability• How God used leaders throughout the Bible to make an impact Our goal is to help youth understand that leadership is not about popularity or titles—it starts with character, confidence, and purpose.
