piano and guitar lessons in sacramento Play/Music is part of the Play Museum.We also host birthday parties and have all day workshops during school holidays & breaks! • Another part of the Play Museum is the Makers Lab, a unique makerspace for kids and adults. There, we have 3d printers, laser cutters, and all kinds of art projects going on. Music students can get a discount on any workshops or events! • INFO ON ENROLLING IN MUSIC LESSONS • First all students should sign up for the introductory lesson to learn the Musicolor Method, a unique method that assigns colors to each note. With this method, kids and adults can even teach themselves at home. Kids will even start teaching their friends! It's great for adults who have never done music before, who used to take lessons and want to relearn, and even for understanding advanced music theory concepts. You can be added to schedule or the waitlist after this first lesson. This can allow the student to get started before enrolling full-time. At this first lesson I will demonstrate how this method works and what supplies are needed. The first lesson will be 60-90 minutes if time allows. We have a great play area for the student and/or siblings to check out, so feel free to bring any siblings.
