Join this Parent-Child workshop to connect, bond, and learn with your child! Do you want to feel present, playful, and genuinely connected with your child? Adventure Quality Time (Adventure QT) brings activities centered on joy, play, and real connection to parents and children. In our time together, you and your child will create an Adventure Aquarium — a hands-on imaginative play activity designed to spark joy and connection. Parents will join a brief coaching session with Lauren Mizus, LCSW to help you tap into your playful self. Meanwhile, Dr. Lauren Messina will be leading a brief kids' activity, so kiddos are engaged and having fun from the very start. Parents and kids will then come back together to start their work on the Adventure Aquarium. Guidance and support from Lauren Mizus, LCSW and Dr. Lauren Messina - licensed therapists who specialize in working with families and children, continue throughout so you feel confident every step of the way. Through Adventure QT, kids feel seen. Parents feel empowered. Everyone has fun. Come play with us! Space is limited to 8 parent-child pairs (ages 4–7). One registration per family.
