The tradition continues at the world-famous Silver Lake Reservoir A two mile charity run around the Silver Lake Reservoirs with a free kid's 100m dash supporting the Silver Lake Reservoir Conservancy and Strides in Recovery. HANG AT THE MEADOW FOR: FREE COLD BREW FROM MAKISUPA FREE DONUTS FROM THE LEGENDARY YUM YUM DONUTS FREE ELECTROLYES + RECOVERY DRINKS FROM MAGNA WHAT: A two mile race around the famous Silver Lake Reservoirs, free refreshments, free kid's 100m dash, post-race awards, medals for all finishers, and more prizes for all runners in The Meadow. WHEN: Sunday May 17th, 2026 9 am race start WHERE: Meet at the Silver Lake Meadow: 2291 Silver Lake Blvd, LA CA 90026 WHY: This community gathering is a low-key, high-vibes fundraiser. We donate 50% of the proceeds to the Silver Lake Reservoirs Conservancy and the other 50% to the SLTC 501c3 to support mission aligned programs in Los Angeles. We also want people of all ages and abilities to enjoy our beautiful reservoirs and surrounding land. So whether you register to run (or walk, or stroll, or roll) or not at all, please join us on the day. BRING OLD RUNNING SHOES + RUN/OUTDOOR GEAR: We're partnered with Strides in Recovery so please bring your used (and clean!) old run-ing shoes, clothing, etc and it will get a new life with someone who needs it.
