Join the Capoeira Guatambu Crew, with fun group games and activities designed to build strength, coordination and self esteem Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art that combines fighting techniques, fluid movement, acrobatics and music. This class, designed for children age 6-12, introduces kicks, escapes and animal movements . We will learn to sing capoeira songs and play in the roda. Wear comfortable clothes you can kick and stretch in. No shoes/socks for class. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
