Kids get to learn self regulation and explore their energy with fun, playful mindfulness activities designed just for them. Join us for a unique adventure at Pixie Dust SRQ Metaphysical Boutique, designed to help children build confidence, emotional awareness, mindfulness, and self-regulation through hands-on activities, creativity, sensory exploration, and fun. Pop in for a single class, or sign up for 3 weeks in a row and save! Two different day/time slots are offered each week. Each 1.5-hour class introduces children to practical tools they can use in everyday life while encouraging self-expression, positive social interaction, and emotional well-being in a supportive, uplifting environment. Week 1: Spa Day Wellness Experience"Glow From the Inside Out"June 15 & 16Kids will enjoy a calming mini spa experience featuring aroma blending, mindfulness activities, wellness stations, sound healing, creative self-love crafts, and relaxation tools they can take home. Week 2: Water Wellness Experience"Flow Like Water"June 22 & 23Through sensory water play, ocean-inspired art, emotional regulation activities, sound healing, and mindfulness exercises, children will learn how emotions move and how to navigate them with confidence and calm.
