News & Events • Welcome to the Tenderloin People’s Garden • Welcome to the Tenderloin People’s Garden The Tenderloin People’s Garden is a green oasis, food forest, and community gathering space in the heart of San Francisco. Since October 2023, TPG has been stewarded entirely by volunteers and community members who are dedicated to tending the land and maintaining the garden as a vital community resource. On Saturday, April 4, the garden hosted a beautiful afternoon of community and poetry, with a special reading enjoyed among the greenery. Volunteers gathered in the garden to plant new seeds, preparing the soil for the next season of growth. It was a wonderful day of teamwork, learning and nurturing the garden together. This past Saturday brought perfect sunny weather to the garden, where volunteers and neighbors gathered to enjoy the day and prepared new planting beds. Interested in joining us next time?
