Our 5.5-acre campus close to downtown Portland features forest-inspired indoor and scenic outdoor spaces perfect to host your next meeting, wedding, conference, festival or celebration of life. Located in Portland’s forested Washington Park, our Discovery Museum invites visitors to explore the intersection of society and forests through interactive exhibits and experiences. Our programs engage today’s most urgent forest and societal challenges through professional gatherings, arts initiatives, and public programs on and off campus, connecting people and forests. Featuring work by more than twelve innovators, the exhibition highlights the aesthetics of emerging forest-based research—from technology and engineering to design and artist-scientist collaborations.
