We have a Portland gymnastics gym that provides youth gym classes, camps, special events, child care, and fun activities for kids. Children ages 12 months through 14 years are challenged in a non-competitive environment to develop not only their bodies, but also their minds. We believe the path to learning is lit by teachers and coaches who know where to shine the light. Our teachers and coaches infuse safe gymnastics with creativity, respect with love, and clear expectations with consequential discipline. Unlike some competitive programs that focus on skill level alone, our focus is to build self-esteem and encourage positive group interactions. Students are not competing with each other, but are striving for self-improvement. Our classes are small in order to achieve this goal. Because children’s gymnastics is such a strong foundation for both character and physical development, we offer professionally tailored classes for ages 1 through 14 at every ability and skill level. Our gymnastics program is designed to build self-confidence in an environment that is educational and entertaining at the same time.
