Ages 2 months - 16 months 1 caregiver and 1 baby, 6:1 30 minutes, once per week Babies learn breath control, balance, and buoyancy through a series of songs and games. Safety skills including underwater submersions, back floats, and grasping the wall are practiced. Goggles are encouraged and fins are introduced at 12 months of age. Ages 16 months - 36 months 1 caregiver and 1 baby, 6:1 30 minutes, once per week Toddlers learn breath control, balance, and buoyancy as well as propulsion through kicking and paddling. Songs and games are used throughout. Safety skills include underwater submersions, back floats, and climbing out at the wall. Goggles and fins are encouraged.
