Join us as an exhibitor to share your organization's information and resources! Join us for the 10th Annual Rutherford Recovery Fest as an exhibitor / vendor! Event Date / Time: Saturday, September 19, 2026 from 10am to 2pm Location: Lane Agri-Park, 315 John R. Rice Blvd., Murfreesboro TN 37129 About this event: The mission of Rutherford Recovery Fest is to: Educate the public on mental health and substance use disorders in order to end the stigma and foster meaningful conversations, Equip the community through educational resources and providing a platform to share our experiences, and Expand our influence through community outreach. This year’s family-friendly event will include exhibitors/resource tables, speakers, testimonials, music, and activities for kids. We are looking for local Rutherford County resources covering the full spectrum of recovery support services. This is a rain or shine event! Event organizers will monitor for severe weather prior to the event and registered exhibitors and organizations will be notified of any changes. If you are interested in sponsorship opportunities, please contact smurfree@pc4s.org. New information for the 2026 event: Arrive by 9 am to set up. Follow the signs to the Community Center (same building as the farmer's market). Tables and chairs will be provided! Please bring a tablecloth, your organization's resources, give away items, print material, etc. All exhibitors will be in the large space to the right of the main entrance. The stage and entertainment will be to the left of the main entrance. Organizations sponsoring the event at $500 or more will have assigned table locations. All other spots are first come first serve. Be on the lookout for more detailed instructions for setting up no less than one week prior to the event to ensure an organized parking, drop off, and set-up. We appreciate donations of any amount to help keep Rutherford Recovery Fest free for all attendees! Donations can be made in the process of the Eventbrite registration. Donations can also be made on PC4S.org "donate" or via check (these methods avoid the Eventbrite fee). If you wish to sell any items, please notify smurfree@pc4s.org.
