About

Join Piedmont Moss & Magic for a family-friendly terrarium workshop where kids and their grown-ups will create their own miniature tropical Participants will learn the basics of terrarium design, explore a variety of tropical plants, and build a living ecosystem to take home. Each child will also receive a slate-mounted animal, dinosaur, or fairy to add to their tiny world and make it uniquely their own. To ensure every participant receives plenty of individual attention and support, workshop enrollment is intentionally limited to a small group. No experience is necessary, and all materials are provided, including plants, substrate, decorative elements, and step-by-step instruction. Recommended for children ages 6 and up. One adult should accompany each child. The workshop is led by Andrew Stuckey of Piedmont Moss & Magic, whose background in education helps create a fun, welcoming, and supportive experience for young builders. Leave with a completed terrarium, new knowledge, and a tiny world of your own.
