To celebrate the spirit of the event, the Collingswood Civic Art & Design Council is inviting local artists to submit designs for the official Rock the Block T-shirt. Collingswood will conduct town-wide hydrant flushing over a two-week period between the hours of 9 a.m. and approximately 2 p.m. in neighborhoods beginning Monday, April 20, 2026.
