Learn about the 4-H Poultry Project, how your youth can participate, how to get started, and more! Does your child love animals? Are you looking for something that can teach your child life skills such as time management, record keeping, responsibility, goal-setting, and more? The Brevard County 4-H Poultry Market Poultry Program is for youth ages 5 - 18 (as of Sept 1, 2026) who love animals (chickens specifically) and who want raise their own. This event is an information session only that will provide information on what the market poultry project is (as well as our purebred poultry project), what you need to get started, basic care, and more, plus will tell you how your youth can participate. Youth participating in the project must join 4-H during open enrollment beginning August 1, 2026.
