Angelina Preschool provides high quality early care and education services for children ages 3 to 5 years old. Angelina Preschool is a full-day, year-round state preschool program that provides high quality early care and education services for children ages 3 to 5 years old. Angelina Preschool is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. throughout the year and is free for families who are eligible. Angelina Preschool is enrolling now. LTSC also has a network of Family Child Care Providers who are licensed to care for infants and toddlers in their homes. Our Family Child Care Network includes licensed home-based providers who provide subsidized childcare for income eligible families in and around Downtown Los Angeles, including Little Tokyo, Echo Park and Koreatown.
