Give your teen a fresh start. A raw mental health talk about letting go of social pressure, followed by a therapeutic smash room release! Is your teenager carrying a mountain of stress, anxiety, or unexpressed frustration? Between school pressure, social media comparison, and everyday life, teens bottle up a lot of heavy emotions. Traditional talk therapy is great, but sometimes they just need a physical way to blow off steam. Welcome to Smash Therapy—where we combine real mental health tools with the ultimate physical release! Our Brave & Unshakeable: "Clean Slate" workshop is a high-impact, 90-minute experience designed specifically for teenagers (ages 13–17) to identify what’s weighing them down, learn healthy ways to process it, and literally smash those stressors to pieces. For safety reasons, parents are not allowed inside the active smash rooms. However, you do not have to leave! We have a lobby area with chairs and live-stream TVs broadcasting the smash rooms in real-time. You can sit back and watch your teen safely release their stress! To enter the active smash area, all participants must wear closed-toe shoes (sneakers or boots) and protective clothing that fully covers the skin (long sleeves and long pants). No Crocs, sandals, or slides are permitted. Spaces are highly limited to keep the group size small and impactful. Reserve your teen's spot today and help them start the week with a clean slate!
