This area provides views overlooking San Jose, Mountain View, Fremont and all the way south to Monterey Bay. Pinnacles National Park is located south of Hollister, in the central valley. This area is known as natural geological wonder. The park is half of a cinder cone volcano which split off via movement of the Pacific and North American Plates.
