Children ages 5-12 will learn about nutrition, movement, mindfulness, sustainable arts and crafts, and how we are all connected to nature. Please know by entering a $1 donation or more, you can register your kids. FOR LARGER THAN FIVE CHILDREN, PLEASE CONTACT MALLORY STROCK AT COMMUNITY@HEALTHEPLANET.COM We provide free education and resources aimed at increasing awareness about nutrition, mindfulness, and consciousness in alignment with a better quality of life and a more sustainable planet. The 2 hr workshop may include activities around gardening, food demos, yoga, breathwork, mindfulness exercises, and more.
