Instruction fees, club dues, and tournaments entry fees vary. Refer to the Gymnasium Schedule for times of open-play activities at Almansor Park and Granada Park. For more information, contact the Recreation Services Division at 626-570-5081 (Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm) or the Almansor Gym office at 626-570-5052, weekends and weekdays after 5 pm. Open-play badminton is offered for all ages and skill levels. You must bring your own racquets and birdies. Open-play table tennis is offered year-round at Almansor Park Activity Room and Granada Park Complex: Open-play basketball and volleyball are available in the evening on weekdays and on weekends. Please refer to the Gymnasium Schedule (PDF) for times and locations. Lighted outdoor basketball courts are available at Almansor and Alhambra Parks. Open play at both Almansor Park and Granada Park is geared for individuals who want to get some physical activity without the structure of league play. You will need to supply your own equipment for most activities. Teens are welcome at both sites. The schedule for either gym may change due to facility rentals and/or special events.
