Kids, bring your parents to sign up to borrow toys. It is a free toy lending library. The Toy Loan Program is a free service that allows children to borrow toys from a Toy Loan Center in the same manner in which books are borrowed from a public library. It is a voluntary community effort sponsored by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors and the Department of Public Social Services. Toy Loan Program is open to children of all ages who can be supervised, with the main emphasis on younger children. Sign up on line to reserve your spot and be entered for a free toy.
