Join us for the second annual KPBS San Diego Book Festival presented by the University of San Diego, Saturday, August 22, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The festival is a FREE* event for book lovers of all ages. General Admission registration via Eventbrite is strongly encouraged to receive important day-of information. Printing General Admission tickets is NOT necessary. We strongly encourage you to download the Eventbrite app to manage your tickets easily. The app is free for iOS and Android - search Eventbrite in the app store. *The festival will include ticketed sessions. A nominal ticket fee will be applied to reserve your spot for headliner interviews and special panels. Please reserve these tickets separate from General Admission registration. Tickets for these sessions are limited, so please act quickly when they become available! Please subscribe to the email list for regular updates. Have questions about the festival? Check our FAQ. What to expect: Additional highlights include poetry readings, live music and entertainment, exhibitors including local authors, independent booksellers, food trucks and more.
