Terms of Service

This is a placeholder. KiddyDo LLC is finalizing its terms of service. The clauses below describe the rules in effect today. The final terms will add language around limitation of liability, dispute resolution, governing law (California), and any provisions specific to paid placement once we offer it.

Eligibility

KiddyDo is provided to users 18 years and older. Listings on KiddyDo describe programs, classes, and services for kids; the listings themselves are submitted, claimed, and managed by adults.

Your account

You’re responsible for the activity on your account. Don’t share your sign-in credentials. Notify us at support@kiddydo.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Listing content

• You may submit listings about kids’ activities, classes, camps, services, and volunteer opportunities. By submitting, you confirm the listing is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to publish the information.
• You may claim a scraped listing if you own or operate the program it describes. Claim approval transfers edit control of the listing to your account. Misuse of the claim system (claiming listings you do not own) may result in account termination and a permanent ban from the service.
• We may edit, hide, or remove listings that violate these terms, contain unlawful content, or describe programs not appropriate for children.

What we don’t allow

• Listings that target adults rather than children.
• Listings that promote discrimination, harassment, or violence.
• Spam, paid backlink schemes, or attempts to manipulate search ranking.
• Impersonating another person or business.

Intellectual property

Listing content (titles, descriptions, images) remains the property of the submitter or the underlying business. By submitting or claiming a listing, you grant KiddyDo a non-exclusive license to display the content in connection with the service and to share aggregated category statistics derived from it.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@kiddydo.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and on the site at least 14 days before they take effect.
