Counter-notice
If you believe content of yours was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same designated agent. The counter-notice must include the elements set out in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), including your consent to jurisdiction in the federal court for your address (or, if outside the United States, in any judicial district where KiddyDo may be found).
Repeat infringers
Per § 512(i), KiddyDo terminates accounts of users we determine to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
False notices
Submitting a misrepresentation in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may subject you to liability for damages, costs, and attorneys’ fees under § 512(f).
Where to send
Submit notices to the designated agent block above. We accept electronic submission via the agent’s email address. Please do not send DMCA notices to support@kiddydo.com — that address is for general questions and does not satisfy the statutory notice requirements.
